The psychological services we provide
- Psychological assessment and counselling in many clinical areas
- Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Hypnosis and other evidence-based therapies
- Psychological assessment and counselling for workers compensation related rehabilitation
- Victims of Crime Counselling
- Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs)
- Well-being and Stress Management workshops
- We provide psychological services to adolescents (Matthew, Amber & Katrina) and adults (Lynn, Matthew, Bronwyn, Amber)
Our Psychologists:
- Can see clients usually within 5 days
- Communicate with referrers after assessment and during treatment (as appropriate)
- Explain to clients their role in seeing them and how they can help
- Ask clients what they expect from them and align the expectations
- Are registered with the NSW Psychologists Registration Board
- Are members of the Australian Psychological Society (APS)
- Are Medicare registered as well as being registered with most major health funds
- Are approved counsellors for Victims Services
