We offer a free introductory session around the brain and it’s ‘functioning’ capacity. We then progress into a thorough, 7-part series, motivating and engaging participants in the ‘how to’s’ of sleep management and sleep health. Delivered through a Cognitive Behavioural Treatment (aka CBT) framework, our sleep education and management strategies when consistently applied, are highly effective in treating short and long term sleep issues, enabling people to live a more engaged and ‘awake’ life.
