Linda is a Registered Psychologist who has worked with a diverse range of clients for over 20 years. This includes working across a range of cultural backgrounds, including recent immigrants and refugees. She is endlessly inspired by the courage and capabilities of the many individuals she has seen over the years.

Linda completed her studies at University of NSW and Sydney University, and her Masters degree at Western Sydney University. She has worked largely for the government but also taught Psychology in London. She has worked as a Team Leader/ Senior Psychologist and supervised both experienced practitioners, and early career Psychologists to attain full registration.

As well as providing psychological support to adults, Linda has particular skills in working with adolescents and young people presenting with complex issues including anxiety, depression, gender/sexual identity, and general stresses of school and relationships. She is also very experienced in working with parents to facilitate positive relationships with their children in difficult times.

Linda utilises an Integrative, Strength-Based approach which includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Mindfulness/Meditation. She is currently undertaking professional learning in Schema Therapy, Sleep Disorders and Trauma intervention. She believes that interventions should be tailored to the needs and interests of each client.

Linda believes that a strong and positive therapeutic relationship is key to meaningful change for clients. Importantly, therapy should be engaging and even enjoyable! Linda trusts that with the right strategies and support, all individuals have the capacity to manage complex issues in their lives. She feels privileged to help them on their path to a more contented life.
