Mady has a special interest in working with children and young people, particularly in supporting them through important developmental stages as they move toward adulthood. She has also worked extensively with adults and has experience supporting clients with a wide range of mental health presentations, including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, borderline personality disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, bipolar disorder, intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder, and general stress.

Drawing on her knowledge and experience in a range of therapeutic approaches, Mady has a preference for using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Exposure Therapy, and Schema Therapy. She also has skills in conducting psychological assessments, including autism, ADHD, cognitive, and learning assessments.
