“Belmont 16s has recently partnered with Life Matters as our EAP provider, and the experience so far has been extremely positive.”

- Rachael Baxter, Human Resources Manager at Belmont 16s Sailing Club

From the beginning, the Life Matters team has been welcoming, supportive and easy to work with. The onboarding process has been smooth and professional, and they have taken the time to understand our organisation and the needs of our employees.

As part of our agreement, Life Matters has provided valuable workshops for our Care Crew across a range of mental health topics. These sessions have been delivered both face-to-face and online, allowing us to provide accessible and practical learning opportunities for our team. The content has been relevant, engaging and well received.

Life Matters also created an introductory video to help welcome our employees to the service and explain the support available to them. This was a thoughtful and helpful addition that made the EAP feel approachable and easy to understand.

We’re very pleased to have Life Matters on board and look forward to continuing to work with them to support the wellbeing of our employees.
